Day 1 June 1st the start of something new
It’s the beginning of June and that means I have 49 days til I’m 40 years old. It’s a new decade of life and that milestone that many dread. I currently weigh 224.4 pounds and I’m 5’2”. That means I’m obese. I wear a 14-16 pant and XL tops. My goal weight is 140lbs. My short term goal is to lose 25 lbs in the next 48 days. How am I going to achieve that? I’m starting low carb since that seems to be what causes me to gain weight and water weight. I also plan to walk and go to the gym. I know to do that I have to become disciplined and make a plan. So come along with me on my journey to looking and feeling better about myself. This is my current day body. Today I did a 3.37 mile walk in 1:11 hours I plan to log my food on the following day and I also will weigh in every Sunday.
